Commercial terms are provided in writing after licensed-user count, service path, records options, implementation, support, and purchasing requirements are defined.
Deployment
Uses officers' existing authorized phones. No dedicated device purchase is required. Agency registration and policy alignment occur during onboarding.
Security review
Assessment responses, subprocessor roles, retention, incident response, and supporting control evidence are available for authorized review.
Funding guidance
Byrne JAG may be a relevant funding path when an agency and its administering authority determine the expenditure is eligible. EMT919 does not promise grant eligibility or awards.
Purchasing boundary: EMT919 does not represent that a specific cooperative contract, grant, sole-source path, or purchasing vehicle is available unless it is identified in the agency's written quote and procurement documents.
