Data we process
Service data may include officer registration information, call time and duration, selected language, service disposition, call audio used for interpretation and transcript generation, transcripts, and access/audit records.
How it is used
Customer data is used to provide interpretation, maintain security, deliver requested transcripts, support agency records requirements, and operate the service. Customer call content is not used for AI model training. De-identified operational measurements and synthetic scenarios may be used for quality assurance; they exclude verbatim customer content and identifying incident facts.
Retention and deletion
- Voice audio: 30-day rolling deletion by default; shorter periods available.
- Access and audit logs: 12 months.
- Transcripts: retained for the agency agreement by default; shorter agency-selected periods available.
- Termination: deletion within 30 days after written request, with certification; otherwise no later than 90 days.
Agency choices
Agencies may request a current data inventory, select configurable retention periods, request deletion of specific records, and request a deletion certificate at termination. Legal holds and agency preservation requests override ordinary deletion.
