A few useful answers

Before you
get started.

Do staff or families need an app?

No additional app or dedicated hardware is required for EMT919’s phone-based interpretation workflow. Your demonstration will cover staff phones, service access, and setup.

Which languages are available?

AI interpretation is available in the service’s supported languages. Bring your school’s language needs so we can confirm coverage and any live-interpreter options. Review language options.

Who receives transcripts and who can review them?

Encrypted transcripts are sent securely to the teacher. Authorized administrators can review records according to your school’s access permissions. Transcript access requires SMS verification; delivery, access, and retention are confirmed in your school’s setup and agreement. Review security and retention controls.

Can our school evaluate the service?

Yes—request a demonstration to discuss evaluation or pilot options. Scope, pricing, participating staff, and service terms are confirmed with your organization.

What about sensitive student conversations?

AI interpretation can make mistakes. Follow school policy and use qualified interpreters for sensitive or high-stakes discussions, including special-education and disciplinary matters, whenever required. Review student privacy and data handling before use, and keep demonstrations free of student records. Visit the Trust Center.
