Questions command staff ask

Clear answers.
No overclaiming.

Operational details vary by agency configuration, carrier conditions, policy, and contract.

Does EMT919 replace live interpreters?

No. AI-first mode includes live-interpreter escalation, and agencies may choose live-interpreter-only routing. Agency policy determines when a qualified human interpreter is required.

Is EMT919 SOC 2 certified?

Fast Dial, Inc. does not currently hold its own SOC 2 report. EMT919 uses SOC 2-certified providers across hosting, telephony, and speech-processing layers.

Are calls recorded?

Voice audio may be retained for transcript generation and quality verification under a 30-day rolling default. Agencies may request a shorter period. Records subject to a legal or agency preservation hold are excluded from ordinary deletion.

Is customer content used to train AI?

No. Customer audio, transcripts, and incident narratives are not used to train Fast Dial or subprocessor AI models.

What happens if a call disconnects?

The active session ends. The responder can re-initiate the approved call workflow or use the agency’s alternate interpreter path. Continuity depends on carrier, network, and service conditions.

How fast does it connect?

EMT919 does not publish a fixed latency claim. Connection time varies with carrier conditions, language, routing mode, and live-interpreter availability.
