Operating boundaries
Human remains accountable
The responder remains responsible for the interaction and follows agency policy. EMT919 does not make enforcement, medical, legal, eligibility, or disciplinary decisions.
Escalation is part of the workflow
AI-first service includes access to live interpreter escalation. Agencies may select a live-interpreter-only configuration.
High-stakes communication
Miranda warnings, consent, legal notices, clinical decisions, disciplinary matters, and other policy-controlled uses require agency-approved procedures and a qualified interpreter when required.
No training on agency content
Customer audio, transcripts, and call narratives are not used to train Fast Dial or subprocessor AI models.
Known limitations
Interpretation quality can be affected by noise, overlapping speech, poor cellular service, uncommon terminology, accents, device placement, and unclear phrasing. EMT919 does not publish a universal connection-time or latency guarantee because field conditions and third-party networks vary.
Agency evaluation
Agencies should test representative languages, environments, escalation paths, and failure conditions before operational approval. The agency evaluation standard provides a repeatable starting point.
Report a concern
Security concerns, harmful output, translation quality issues, or unexpected system behavior can be reported to security@city919.com.
