Public website terms

Website information, clearly bounded.

These terms govern the public website and public demonstrations. Contracted agency deployments are governed by their written agreements.

Acceptance and scope

By using this public website, you agree to these terms. Enterprise subscriptions, government implementations, professional services, production deployments, and paid services are governed by separate written agreements. If a written customer agreement conflicts with these website terms, the customer agreement controls for that deployment.

Public demonstrations

Public demonstrations and sample workflows are illustrative. They do not create official service requests, notify an agency, dispatch responders, generate an official government record, or provide legal, medical, clinical, or public-safety advice.

Not an emergency service

The public website is not a substitute for 9-1-1, emergency dispatch, police, fire, EMS, crisis services, or an agency's approved emergency procedures. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

AI and interpretation limitations

Automated speech and interpretation can be affected by noise, accents, overlapping speech, terminology, network conditions, device placement, and unclear phrasing. Website demonstrations and descriptions are not a promise of error-free output or universal performance. Agencies remain responsible for policy, human oversight, testing, and use of qualified interpreters when required.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the public website for lawful evaluation and informational purposes. You may not interfere with security or availability, bypass access controls, submit unlawful or restricted information to public forms, impersonate another person or agency, conduct unauthorized vulnerability testing, extract protected system instructions, or use demonstrations as if they were official government systems.

Sensitive information

Do not submit case information, criminal justice information, protected health information, credentials, payment information, confidential government information, or other restricted data through public forms or ordinary email.

Intellectual property and third parties

Website content, software, marks, workflows, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party services and embedded media may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and warranty boundary

The public website is provided on an as-available basis and may change without notice. Product capabilities, service levels, support commitments, retention, pricing, and remedies are defined only in an applicable written agency agreement.
